I recently registered an AS141011 and 2602:FEDA:AB0::/44
ip address. I found that BGP is commonly used in Cisco and bird. Cisco has more tutorials but it is not free software that cannot be deployed on IX VPS. Bird only has documents and is not easy to learn. Does anyone want to maintain it together? Who will give me some BGP Tutorial?
GNS3 is the Graphical Network Simulator that is very popular, outside of packet tracer. The link contains labs that cover all of the topics you would ever want in GNS3.
