North Korea MTProto proxy server

Hi everyone, I recently discovered a proxy server that can use North Korean IP. It seems to use a relay agent, which eventually reaches the North Korean IP address of 175.45.176.4. In the morning I plan to use nmap to scan.

It is a channel whose fever has dropped, and I still can’t find any way to intervene. Scanning the server directly, it will not respond.
