Reflective Dll Injection - Any Way to check If a process is already injected?

First of all, I wanna say hello to the community. I’ve been on the IRC this past few days and it’s been nc :joy::laughing:.

I would like to ask if there’s anyway to check if I have already injected a process with Reflective Dll Injection Technique. I tried keepin a list of pids and constantly updatin it but not too reliable.
