OSINT Virtual Machine Buscador

Hi all. f0rg here with something quite interesting.

I have started reading up on how important OSINT is and after a bit of digging, I’ve found something quite interesting, a VM that is built with OSINT in mind. The VM is called Buscador and you can get it here:

Michael Bazzell is behind this? That’s a sign of quality right there, he’s the author of two great books I highly suggest you to grab:

1. Open Source Intelligence Techniques: Resources for Searching and Analyzing Online Information
2. Hiding from the Internet: Eliminating Personal Online Information

He also worked on other books but those are the ones I checked out so far. Great find @Techno_Forg!

I actually don’t know how to expand on it. lol. The second link explains it more than I can and the fact that I also don’t want to basically repeat what the blog already has said. It’s a lot to cover that I don’t think anyone wants to read. Just saying.
