Android bluetooth password logging?

Hello.

I want to ask if theres a way to observe the bluetooth communication of a APP for example
a sharing scooter app (Looking at the communication it makes over bluetooth and see the bluetooth password of the scooter when it unlocks the scooter)

Platform is Android 6 rooted.

Is there a APP that can do what I want?
