Blind sql injection statement not understood

hello all …
im trying to inject since 3 days i did not found any exploit manually … then i decided to scan it with acunetix … it found a blind sql :smiley: but with this statement

  • -1’ OR 320=6 AND 000420=000420 or ‘d59NL38O’=’ => FALSE
  • -1’ OR 321=6 AND 000420=000420 or ‘d59NL38O’=’ => TRUE

what this mean ??
OR 321=6
and
AND 000420=000420
and
‘d59NL38O’=’
??? i did not understand anything … can anyone explain
