(Command-Line Ninja) #2

Is this really newsworthy?

Also. PDF for days. I’m putting all this on IPFS.

#3

Maybe make a resources category to throw this into?

But yeah this repo is the shit. <3

#4

Ha ha holy crap its been so long since I’ve seen this repo, probably around early 2014. It used to be SWAMPED with viruses(not in a good way), so I would sandbox and check any programs that this repo has before running them. Although, I’m sure most of you would have done that without me saying a thing

#5

With viruses do you also mean viruses for linux?

#6

This would have been when I was a wee lad using Windows, so, as far as I know, Linux is safe. Even then, as we all know, its always smart to run anything you find online with caution

#7

Just spin up a VM or Docker image real quick and go ham.

#8

Not all heroes wear capes, some are only at home with just underwear and a shirt sitting in front of a PC

#9

Anyone wanting to rip the ENTIRE index:

wget -mkEpnp --user-agent=“SammyIsMyHero” http://index-of.es/

Note: this is around 40-50GB, have space before you download.

Would you mind explaining what this is?

#13

Its an open index of infosec related information and material, a lot of it is pretty old while some of it stays barely recent.

What I posted was Sammy’s myspace worm from his website which you can read about here

#14

yay a ton more new pdfs I have to put on top of the pile of the already existing “to read”-pdfs.

( X2tf) #15

Found a more updated version at here and [ at ] (http://znc.es/)

#16

I knew a guy who knew a guy who built this site to automatically look for open directories using Google.
We could easily use this to find more directories like the one IoTh1nkN0t and _k_h found.

#17

It’s important to note that if you go to http://0t5.net/images/feed.php you get the FULL collection of indexes put together by these mysterious entities.

#18

Woah kraken, that’s awesome, I already found a few good repos with it

(NiPru) #20
